Hemp Hearts, rebranded to raine CBD came to me with a big goal: Elevate the Hemp Hearts brand by addressing the current positioning of the brand and appeal to a new target audience in a different brick and mortar location.
We balanced the approachable and elevated within the new brand strategy and design. We want to address the customer’s pain point of feeling nervous and associating CBD with marijuana and dispensaries. We knew this also meant educating the consumer in a fun and interactive way to address the pain point of confusion around CBD and THC.
raine CBD is a gender-neutral brand on purpose. Research says the female to male split in the marketplace was nearly 50/50 for all CBD brands. We also wanted to remain inclusive and friendly in every piece of collateral.
