Japanse ramen restaurant serving up hot noods.
Miiko needed to be fun and approachable while also feeling high end. The end result was a ramen brand balanced with humorous language and abstract design. Miiko doesn't take itself too seriously and neither should you.

The logo, while more of an abstract design, speaks to many different elements of the ramen brand. We see an abstraction of a bowl, noodles, and chopsticks. The color was chosen specifically as a nod to the Japanese flag while also reversing the design to mix things up.
Miiko is an interesting case study because the brand is higher end, while also being approachable through the copy and menu options. The brand highlights the pop culture references of "nudes" (aka "noods") to speak to a Millennial and Gen-Z audience in a humorous way.
